We missed the Yanchep lagoon, ended here, it is not far from each other. There is a big signboard indicating it has no lifeguard, strong current etc.. the car park is spacious, there is a playground, toilet around.

When tide is high it’s a surfers paradise, other times it’s a sunbathers delight

Good wind protection and shallow pools protected by reef from large waves. Good for exploring the rocks and searching for shells. Usually quiet and reasonable access although you will have step down through rocks for the last few steps.

Great view of Perth if you walk down hill about 100 meters you can also have good clear view of south of the river, u would allow 2 or 3 hours to have a good look around, there also loads of plants that are labeled individually to look at, parking and toilets are available in this area.#GoogleMaps, #LocalGuides.
